Welcome to The A2B Method™ (“A2B,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, video analysis, coaching services, membership programs, live sessions, digital locker, Discord community, and all related products and content (collectively, the “Services”).

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. About The A2B Method™

The A2B Method™ is a digital softball coaching and swing-analysis platform owned and operated by Jazmyn Jackson LLC, a California limited liability company.

Our Services include, but are not limited to:

All coaching is remote. Athletes train independently and assume full responsibility for safe participation.

2. Eligibility & Minors

The A2B Method™ primarily serves athletes under the age of 18. Accordingly:

A parent or legal guardian must complete intake

A parent or legal guardian must provide consent

A parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms

A parent or legal guardian must be the billing contact

Use of the Services by minors is subject to applicable child privacy laws, including COPPA, and requires verified parental consent.

If we discover a minor account without verified consent, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately.

3. Account Creation & Responsibilities

To use the Services, you must:

Provide accurate and current information

Keep contact and billing details updated

Submit videos in the required format

Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

Use the Services solely for personal training

You may not:

Share accounts
```

Resell or redistribute feedback
```

Access another user’s account

Impersonate another athlete
```

We reserve the right to deny, suspend, or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.

4. Memberships, Billing & Auto-Renew

Membership Plans

A2B Method™ offers monthly membership plans with defined features, access levels, and turnaround times.

Billing

All memberships are billed through Stripe

Memberships auto-renew monthly unless cancelled

By purchasing a membership, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until cancellation

Renewal Notices

We provide renewal reminders; however, it is the account holder’s responsibility to manage billing and cancellation.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be submitted via email to info@a2bmethod.com

Must be cancelled at least 48 hours before renewal

Cancellations submitted after renewal apply to the next billing cycle

Refund Policy

All sales are final.
 We do not offer refunds for:

No Rollovers

Unused sessions, video submissions, or live services do not roll over.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension or termination of access and forfeiture of services.

5. Private Lessons & Live Sessions

Private Lessons

Cancel 48+ hours in advance → full refund

Cancel 24–48 hours → 50% refund

Free Monthly Live Sessions (Membership Perks)

Must cancel 24+ hours in advance

Missed or same-day cancellations count as the session for that month

Sessions do not accumulate or roll over

Live session availability is not guaranteed and depends on coach travel, holidays, and time zones.

6. Turnaround Times for Video Analysis

Turnaround begins once videos are submitted correctly and marked Approved.

Field Access: 48 hours

Turnaround times may be adjusted due to:

11+ hour travel days
```

International travel
```

Illness
```

Facility closures

High-volume periods
```

Any delays will be communicated via Discord, email, or your portal.

7. Intellectual Property (Strict)

The A2B Method™ is the result of years of professional experience, study, and refinement.

All A2B Method™ materials — including but not limited to:

```

```

PDFs
```
```
Graphics
```
```
Video breakdowns
```
```
Instructional methods
```

Cue systems
```

Live session content

Terminology

are the exclusive intellectual property of Jazmyn Jackson LLC.

You may not, under any circumstance:

Violations may result in:

We take IP protection extremely seriously.

8. Athlete Safety & Liability Waiver

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree:

Softball training carries inherent risk
```

A2B Method™ cannot supervise your environment

```
Drills must be performed safely
```

You assume all risks associated with participation

We are not liable for injuries including but not limited to:

Muscle strains
```
```
Overuse injuries
```
```
Slips or falls
```
```
Impact injuries
```
```
Equipment failure
```
```
Environmental hazards
```
```
Incorrect execution of drills
```

You release A2B Method™ and Jazmyn Jackson LLC from all claims arising from participation.

9. Medical Disclaimer

A2B Method™ does not provide:

Medical diagnosis

Physical therapy
```

Injury treatment
```

Rehabilitation

Professional medical advice
```

Athletes should consult a licensed medical professional regarding injuries or health conditions.

10. Technology & Platform Disclaimers

We are not responsible for:

Upload delays
```
```
Lost files
```

Platform outages (Google Drive, Discord, Squarespace, Stripe)

Device malfunctions
```
```
Poor internet connections
```
```
Broken links or third-party errors
```

Refunds will not be issued for technical issues outside our control.

11. Time Zones & Communication

We operate across multiple time zones due to:

Professional playing seasons

Coaching travel
```

Training camps
```
```
International commitments
```

Current time zone updates will be posted in Discord and applicable portals.

Non-member inquiries receive up to a 72-hour response window.
 Membership tiers receive priority communication.

12. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

Roster spots
```

Playing time
```
```
Team selection
```
```
Recruitment outcomes
```
```
Scholarships
```
```
Performance results
```
```
Speed of progress
```

Results vary based on effort, health, consistency, and external factors.

13. Community Conduct (Discord)

To maintain a safe and professional environment, you may not:

Harass or bully others

Post inappropriate or offensive content
```
```
Share private videos or feedback
```
```
Violate confidentiality
```
```
Spam or sell products
```

We reserve the right to remove any user who disrupts the community or disrespects coaches or athletes.

14. Right to Terminate

We may terminate or suspend access if:

These Terms are violated

Intellectual property is misused
```

Payments repeatedly fail
```

Behavior is abusive, unsafe, or disruptive

False information is provided
```

Termination does not guarantee a refund.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including illness, travel disruptions, natural disasters, platform outages, or governmental restrictions.

16. Arbitration Agreement

All disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in California, conducted through the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

This means:

Both parties waive the right to a jury trial, except for matters eligible for small claims court.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

19. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
 Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
 Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
