HOW IT WORKS
A modern, professional hitting system built for clarity, efficiency, and real development.
The A2B Method™ gives athletes the structure, accountability, and movement expertise they need — all delivered remotely, anywhere in the world. Our system is designed for parents and athletes who want a clear plan, expert eyes, and consistent support without the cost or travel of in-person lessons.
Here’s exactly how the process works from start to finish.
-
Every athlete begins with the A2B Swing Assessment.
After checkout, you’ll receive:
Your intake form, where you will also upload your swings for assessment
Parent/guardian consent form (required for minors)
Filming instructions
Once your videos are submitted and approved, we begin your assessment. You’ll receive a professional video breakdown that identifies strengths, inefficiencies, and clear mechanical priorities — along with personalized drills and your first set of A2B fundamentals to start the work immediately.
Your Swing Assessment also includes a $100 credit toward your first $200 in-person private lesson.
-
Once your videos are submitted and approved, we complete your Swing Assessment and prepare your feedback.
You’ll receive:
A personalized video breakdown with on-screen teaching and annotations
Clear mechanical priorities explained in simple, actionable language
Customized drills designed specifically for your swing
Your feedback will be uploaded to your digital locker (Google Drive), and you’ll receive a private link when it’s ready.
This feedback is yours to keep. Many athletes use it as a reference point throughout their season or training cycle.
-
